Made for your order

Made to order in England. Zatchels advises 7 to 10 working days for production, followed by a next working day courier service after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Final coverage and delivery charges will be shown before ordering opens.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please allow for the making time as well as delivery, especially when choosing a gift. Supplier catalogue availability does not mean a finished bag is ready to dispatch.

Delivery costs and coverage

Our initial market is the UK. Orders remain closed while we confirm the supported postcodes and final customer delivery charge. We will show both before accepting payment.

Tracking and more than one item

Tracking is provided after dispatch where available. Items may arrive separately if they are completed at different times. Any delivery charges must be clear before payment.

Something delayed or missing?

Email virkex1@gmail.com with your order number. Miel & Muse remains your point of contact throughout delivery, even when the maker sends the parcel directly.

Address changes

Contact us promptly if your address needs correcting. We will check whether it can be changed before dispatch.
