What we use and why

We use contact details and messages to respond to enquiries. When ordering opens, we will use order, delivery and payment transaction information to fulfil purchases, provide customer service, prevent misuse and keep required business records. Payment card information is handled through the enabled payment provider; please do not email card details to us.

Contractual necessity applies to fulfilling purchases, legal obligations to required records, and legitimate interests to proportionate customer service and fraud prevention. Where consent is required for marketing or tracking, it must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn.

Service providers

Shopify hosts the store and provides checkout services. Google supplies company email. Relevant order and delivery details may be shared with the maker, delivery carrier and payment provider to fulfil an order. The final provider and app list, international transfer safeguards and retention schedule are still being checked before sales open.

Cookies and your choices

The Shopify consent controls offer Accept, Decline and Manage preferences for optional cookies. Essential functions may require cookies. We have not enabled a new email marketing signup in this preview. Advertising and analytics settings, the full cookie list and the consent controls must be verified before launch.
