Who makes the bags?

Our opening bag edit is made by Zatchels in England. Each listing keeps the Zatchels name and the bags arrive with the maker's branding.

Are they ready to dispatch?

They are made to order. Current supplier guidance is 7 to 10 working days for production, followed by a next working day courier service after dispatch. Final delivery coverage and charges must be confirmed before ordering opens.

Is gift packaging included?

A Zatchels dust bag and authenticity certificate are included. There is no gift box or gift wrapping.

How do I check the size?

Read each bag's details and supplier photographs. Measurements are approximate and refer to the bag, not a guarantee that a particular device will fit. Ask us if you need a specific measurement before ordering.

Can I return a made to order bag?

Yes. Our cancellation policy covers standard launch designs. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return within a further 14 days. See Returns & refunds for postage and refund details.

Where are jewellery, watches and home pieces?

Those collections are being selected. Their mood images are inspiration, not products currently offered for sale.

Can I order yet?
