Care for the leather

Follow the care guidance supplied by Zatchels with your bag. Leather may show natural variations in grain and colour; photographs and screens may display colour differently.

Between uses

Store your bag in its supplied dust bag, away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Keep it dry and avoid overfilling it or forcing the fastening.

Cleaning and treatments

Before using any cleaner, cream or water protection product, check the maker's instructions for your exact leather and finish. Avoid household solvents and abrasive cleaning. If you are unsure, contact virkex1@gmail.com before treating the surface.

Straps and fittings

Check detachable clips are fully secured before use. Avoid hanging excessive weight from the handles or strap. If a fitting seems loose or damaged, stop using the bag and contact us.
